DBS is owned by Martin Pickard and Penny Bruce with trading divisions including The FM Guru Training Faculty, The FM Guru Consultancy and Denton Drapes, and was already a significant shareholder in the company.
The Asset Faculty specialises in the development and delivery of bespoke training courses and materials for the facilities and property management sector. Managing Director Martin Pickard said, “Over the last four years, the Asset Faculty has established itself as an expert provider of informed development advice, innovative support materials and inspirational training to facilities service providers and the FM community. This acquisition means that we can use that capability in conjunction with our consultancy skills to further enhance the services we provide to our combined client base. Existing contracts with The Asset Faculty are unaffected by this adjustment to ownership.”
